January 2012 Update

To each of you throughout the world who have followed and supported this website over the last 12 months, including those of you who have sent emails via the contact page, I would like to sincerely wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. But, as we all sit down to enjoy our Christmas Dinner, please spare a thought for the many prisoners throughout the world including Schapelle, who's Christmas will be dark and depressing.

Lastly, if any of you who may like to help make a sick or terminally ill childs Christmas a little happier, you can donate by clicking on any of the links on this page and follow the instructions of your chosen site.

Can't really add much in way of an update to these pages, except to hope that the Indonesian President might consider the recommendations that have been presented to him, and maybe find some tenderness in his heart and release Schapelle from her misery, sometime in the near future.

This website is dedicated to the many prisoners all around the world who through various circumstances have found themselves incarcerated in foreign prisons on unproven charges, or are waiting for their trial to be heard etc.

This website is not about guilty or not guilty. It is about "Human Rights", "Common Decency" and clean and humane holding cells.

As you peruse this site you will become aware that I have homed in on the Schapelle Corby dilemma. Is she guilty? I don't know!

Did she get a fair go at her trial? According to many legal experts and by Australian standards, apparently not. But, she was in another country and there lies the dilemma. The judicial system in Indonesia and other overseas countries are very different and more severe than here in Australia. All this has been well documented over the years. Enough said.

However, there are many unanswered questions regarding Schapelle's case.

For instance:

How did the boogie board pass through three different airports undetected?
Why did the security video mysteriously disappear?
Why did the Indonesian authorities refuse to weigh the marijuana? Or weigh the boogie bag?
Refuse the reasonable doubt clause that does exists in the Indonesian judicial system?
Schapelle's urine and blood tests came back negative.
Why was the marijuana burnt before all legal aspects of the trial were completed?
Why did the head of the Indonesian drug squad at the time, declare that the case should have never gone to trial because he admitted that only barely 50% of the case was investigated?

And so it goes on without even one protest from the Howard government at the time on behalf of this Aussie citizen. Was there some sort of a cover up?
